Jayne Leighton
Hello, I’m Jayne, the Children’s and Families Worker at Silverdale Methodist Church, I have worked here for 9 years and before that I worked at a church in Alsager. I have also worked as a Teaching Assistant in Silverdale Academy. I have only recently started as a governor and I am looking forward to working with both Betley and St Lukes Schools. I am involved in St Luke’s School doing assemblies, Lego Club, Go Wild alongside other activities.
What I enjoy doing outside of my church activities is spending time with friends, reading, a good cup of coffee, watching movies and walking my dog, Leia.
I am married to Lee and have 3 children (adults) two who now work, one is a music teacher the other works in accounts and one who is at university.
